<li>25 g extra jungfru olivolja</li>
<li>25 g pinjenötter</li>
<li>persilja hackad</li>
<li>salt</li>

<ol>
<li>Skär auberginerna i små bitar, strö över en nypa salt och låt dem ligga i ett durkslag i 20 minuter.</li>
<li>Fräs auberginerna i en teflonpanna på stark värme.</li>
<li>Lägg de stekta auberginerna på hushållspapper för att låta vätskan rinna av.</li>
<li>Rosta pinjenötterna hela lätt i en teflonpanna.</li>
<li>Hacka persiljan.</li>
<li>Koka Sedani Rigati al dente i rikligt med saltat vatten, häll av vattnet och blanda med Pesto Rosso.</li>
<li>Lägg i auberginerna och garnera med pinjenötter och hackad persilja.</li>
